At Parul Garg Beauty, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all return requests are initiated within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a resolution.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email or our contact form within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

    Our quality control team will review your submission to verify the defect or damage; once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

    Secure Packaging

    Place the unused item back in its original packaging along with the invoice to ensure the product is protected during transit back to our warehouse.

    Resolution Issuance

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
